Terms and Conditions

By using this website it is deemed that you have read, understood and agreed with the following conditions. The mulberry bush reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice.

Orders

By placing an order through the mulberry bush website you accept these terms and conditions.

Orders are subject to availability. Should any item be out of stock, we will inform you of the delay either by telephone or email and dispatch the product(s) as soon as possible. If the item is no longer available we will notify you as soon as we are aware and issue a refund if payment has already been made.

Delivery

Whilst we make every effort to ensure that you receive your order within the estimated timescales given sometimes delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances. The mulberry bush cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery or any failing to deliver products within these estimated timescales.

Payment

The price you pay is the price displayed on the mulberry bush website at the time we receive your order, however in the unlikely event we discover an error in the price of the items you have ordered we will notify you as soon as possible you will then be given the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. Should we not be able to contact you we will treat your order as cancelled and issue you with a full refund.

Payment

We accept the following forms of payment
VISA, MASTRECARD, SWITCH and DEBIT CARDS

We also accept payment by cheque made payable to The mulberry bush Orders placed and paid for by cheque will not be despatched until clearance. This payment method is only available in the UK.
All prices stated on the mulberry bush website exclude the delivery charges. For current delivery rates please refer to delivery information

Returns

We are confident that you will adore your purchase from the mulberry bush, however if you change your mind you have 7 days in which to return the product to us for an exchange or refund. All purchases must be returned unused, in perfect condition and in the original packaging. Please ensure that the item(s) you are returning are safely and securely packaged as we cannot provide an exchange or refund for any item damaged in transit back to us.

Please also state whether you require an exchange or a refund. If your order was paid for using a credit or debit card a refund will only be issued to the card used in the original purchase

When returning items the mulberry bush always recommends obtaining a proof of postage from your post office this is a free service but very important as we cannot accept responsibility for returned items lost in the post. Please note that goods are returned at your own cost and the original delivery costs are non refundable

Exceptions to our returns policy

It is not possible to return toiletries or earrings unless defective. Any fabric and wallpaper orders are classed as bespoke and are therefore non returnable it is recommended that you ask for a sample before ordering cut lengths of oil cloth or fabric.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order

For orders not yet despatched please notify us by email at shop@the-mulberrybush.co.uk requesting order cancellation for orders already despatched please return within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or refund.

Orders placed by credit or debit card will only be refunded to the card used to originally make the purchase.

Damaged items

If any items arrive damaged you must inform us 3 days of receiving your order please email us at shop@the-mulberrybush.co.uk

Then please return the damaged item to us within 7 days of receipt Following the returns procedure above let us also know whether you require an exchange or refund

Return and original postage costs will also be refunded

Fabric and wallpaper

The mulberry bush are happy to provide sample wallpaper and fabric swatches as they become available but please be aware that slight colour variations do sometimes occur between batches. The mulberry bush accepts no responsibility for variations in colour matches. Any cut fabric orders and wallpaper are bespoke items and will be treated as such in our returns and cancellations policies. Delivery dates are not guaranteed on bespoke items as we order from the manufacturer and are reliant on their delivery times. The mulberry bush will however give you an approximate timescale for the delivery of your item.

Product images and descriptions

The utmost care is taken to ensure that the product images that you see on the mulberry bush website are as true reflection as possible of the actual product however please be aware that colours may vary with your monitor settings, software or printer. Descriptions and sizes where given are approximate please contact us for more specific detail if necessary.

The mulberry bush reserves the right to change product description at any time.

Delivery / Returns

Delivery

The mulberry bush aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, stock permitting.
Please allow 2-5 working days for your order to arrive. Should any item be temporarily out of stock we will inform you of the delay and dispatch the item as soon as it becomes available where there is more than one item we will despatch what we have and post the remaining item when it comes back into stock you will not be charged twice for your postage costs.
